The 1000L vacuum emulsifying mixer is an emulsifying equipment with a volume of 1000 liters. Practical notes for 1000L vacuum emulsifying mixer:

•  Remember to clean the emulsified pot before starting and after shutting down to ensure its cleanliness. 

•  Don’t allow the device to work in an overloaded state, such as for overweight or overtime. Otherwise, it exacerbates the loss of life. 

•  If the machine is not used for a long time, it needs to be turned on for trial operation, so that it can be preheated and adjusted in the form of point rotation. 

•  Don't idle the homogenous head without materials, which is easy to damage.

• Ground wire shall be well arranged to ensure the safety of electricity
