This series machine is mainly used for the quantitative filling of various products into metalic tube and sealing.

Widely used daily chemical, foodstuff and chemical packaging industries. For example: cream, adhesives, AB glue, neoprene, epoxy adhesive, sking cream, hair dyes, shoe polish, toothpaste and other liquid or cream materials of the filling and sealing.

Filling the tube inside the block by manual (16 working station), automatic mechanical transmission. Automatic detection, confirming the tube inserted correctly, filling system automatic measurement filling volume, the proceed to fold three layer or two faces fold four layer sealing, printing batch number, finished products eject out.

GFJ Fully Automatic Soft Tube Filling & Sealing Machine

This machine adopt stainless steel, operator push button to control the working process. Manual feed tube (16 working station), Quantitative filling, automatic cut, heating, sealing, eject out. all the work process adopt pneumatic system filling volume and filling speed adjustable.

Applies to all kinds of plastic and bimetal tube for filling, sealing the end of the date of printing, cut tail, Sealing. Sealing attractive appearance and tidy, high-precision filling. Hopper heating system can be provided as customer wish.
