The horizontal filling machine is specially design which can be easily portable. It can be automatically suction the material in case of feeding the hopper all the time.
Manual and automatic switch function optioned. When the machine is in automatic working condition, it will automatically and continuously fill according to the setting speed. When under manual status, it should be controlled by pressing the pedal. If not release the pedal it will turn to automatically and continuously filling.
The cylinder, tee-joint adopt hand cuffs type connection which can be conveniently disassembled and assembled without the need of using any special tools. The machine can be also easily cleaned.
Leakage proof filling system is to drive the closure head when the cylinder move up and down. When the cylinder is down, the closure head will go down, the valves will be opened and the system starts to fill. When the cylinder is up, the closure head will go up the valve will be closed and stop filling, so that the leakage and dripping are prevented.
