The wall scraping mixer adopts frequency converter to adjust the mixing speed which would make various kinds of products according to the customers' requirements.
The diversified high speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid liquid products and dissolve the material like AES, AESA, LSA etc. it save energy consumption and shorten the production time. The pot body is welded with three layers imported stainless steel. The whole machine and pipes are mirror polished which is definitely satisfied with the GMP standard. According to different processing, the main pot can be heated and cooled down. steam heating or electric heating. Discharge from the bottom by the homogenizer or by a transfer pump.Structure

Performance & feature
The system is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. It can work for three batches every day. The system is consists of main pot, ancillary pot, stainless steel suction pump, platform and controlling system.
We shall pour materials into the main pot to dissolve, mix, homogenize. Then the material pump will transfer the material into the second pot to cool down or mix with perfume essence. It can be discharged by both the homogenizer and pump. It is better for electric heating condition. The main pot is used for heating and homogenizing, the second pot is used for cooling and emulsion. This makes it fast and efficient.
