Shrinking Film Package Machine

Adjustable multi-zone temperature control, variable-speed conveyor and servo-driven film delivery enable continuous shrink wrapping of bottles, cartons and bundled products with uniform seals. PLC operation and inline integration reduce manual handling, minimize film consumption through precise tensioning, and increase production throughput while ensuring repeatable package quality.

Scope of application: It's suitable for film shrinking packaging of beverage, beer, mineral water, cans, glass bottles, with paper holder or without bottom collection.

This shrinking film packaging machine series is specially designed for bottled beverages, canned products such as beverage, beer, mineral water, cans, glass bottles. It supports both paper holder and bottomless collection packaging modes, suitable for large-scale production lines like bottled water, beer filling and beverage processing lines. It can complete overall shrink packaging of finished products after collection, with both packaging protection and label display functions, adapting to high-speed assembly line operations.

Dual-Mode Adaptation for Higher Flexibility

Supports paper holder type and bottomless type sealing and shrinking modes, which can be flexibly switched according to customer packaging requirements. The paper holder mode is ideal for products that need stable stacking and anti-fall (such as glass bottles, heavy cans), while the bottomless mode adapts to lightweight, low-cost packaging for bottled drinks, meeting different customers' packaging specifications and cost control needs.

High-Speed Operation for Large-Scale Production

The packaging speed can reach up to 15-18m/min (SJ-5030AH) and 0-8m/min (SM-6040), which fully matches the rhythm of large-scale industrial production lines. It greatly improves the efficiency of the packaging process, reduces bottlenecks in the production line, and adapts to production capacity requirements from thousands to tens of thousands of bottles per hour, providing stable support for large-scale production.

Multi-Voltage Compatibility for Easy Installation

Provides 380V/50Hz and 220V/50Hz power supply options, fully adapting to the power supply systems of domestic factory workshops and small production sites.
