A mid-to-high-end cosmetics brand in Guangzhou focuses on velvet matte and moisturizing glossy series lipsticks, targeting young consumer groups. Its core demands are "delicate and particle-free paste, uniform color development, long-lasting wear and no easy breakage".
The lipsticks produced by the enterprise's original equipment had problems such as rough paste, uneven color development, easy creasing, rapid makeup removal caused by insufficient mixing of oil and color powder, as well as easy breakage after cooling and obvious batch color difference, which seriously affected product reputation and market sales.
To address the pain points in lipstick production, Guangzhou Yuxiang customized an exclusive combination solution of RHJ series 100L special vacuum homogeneous emulsifier for lipstick + constant temperature mixing tank, accurately matching the core needs of lipstick paste production.
All parts of the equipment in contact with materials are made of 316L food-grade stainless steel, with mirror-polished inner walls and no hygienic dead corners, fully complying with the GMP standards for cosmetics production; the vacuum degree can reach -0.095MPa, and emulsification is carried out under negative pressure throughout the whole process, effectively avoiding color powder agglomeration and bubble generation, ensuring the paste is delicate and smooth.
In terms of core configuration, a frequency conversion speed-regulating high-shear emulsifying head is adopted, with the rotating speed accurately adjustable between 800-10000rpm.
It can not only refine raw materials such as color powder, oil and wax to the micron level to achieve uniform mixing, but also avoid excessive shearing that damages the wax structure and causes paste breakage; the jacketed constant temperature control system has a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃, which can accurately control the emulsification temperature at 60-70℃, ensuring full melting of wax and perfect integration of raw materials.
After cooling, the paste forms stably and is not easy to break. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, which can store 80 sets of lipstick formula parameters, support one-click call, quickly switch the production of different styles of lipsticks such as matte and moisturizing, adapt to the needs of small-batch and multi-category production. At the same time, it is equipped with a quick cleaning structure to reduce material residue during product changeover and avoid color difference pollution.
After the equipment was put into use, the quality of the lipsticks produced by the customer was significantly improved: the paste is delicate and smooth, with no particles or creasing when applied, uniform and full color development, and no batch color difference; the oil and color powder are closely integrated, the wear time is extended to more than 6 hours, not easy to take off makeup or transfer; the paste forms stably, the breakage rate is reduced by 95%, and the product qualification rate is increased to 99.5%.
