A large daily chemical enterprise in Foshan mainly engages in the production of shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner and other products, with an annual production capacity of over 50,000 tons.
The original mixing equipment had problems such as low raw material mixing efficiency, uneven silicone oil dispersion, poor product transparency due to bubbles, leading to dryness during shampoo use and rough texture of body wash, resulting in poor market feedback. At the same time, the manual feeding mode was high in cost and low in efficiency, making it difficult to meet the demand for large-volume orders.
Yuxiang Machinery designed an integrated automatic production line for the customer, which links a 2000L liquid detergent mixing tank with a 500L vacuum emulsifier.
The mixing tank is responsible for the preheating, premixing and dissolving of raw materials such as AES and betaine. The emulsifier performs vacuum shearing and emulsification on the premixed materials, quickly refining raw materials such as silicone oil and hair care ingredients. The vacuum defoaming process greatly improves the transparency and texture of the products.
The production line is equipped with an automatic feeding and pipeline conveying system, realizing integrated automatic production from feeding, emulsification, storage to filling. The PLC centralized control system is simple to operate, reducing the difficulty of manual operation.
After the project was put into operation, the shampoo and body wash produced by the customer were clear and transparent in texture, with fine and easy-to-rinse foam, and the washing and care effect was significantly improved. The daily production capacity of the production line increased from 20 tons to 45 tons, the labor cost was reduced by 45%, and the product qualification rate was close to 100%, which effectively stabilized the enterprise’s share in the South China hair and skin care market and greatly enhanced its order undertaking capacity.
