Salad Dressing and Jam Production Application Case in Food Industry

After the equipment was put into use, the salad dressing was delicate and creamy without greasiness, and its shelf life was extended to 12 months; the jam had a rich taste layer without precipitation or stratification. The production raw material loss rate decreased from 5% to 1%, saving more than 500,000 yuan in raw material costs annually. After the products were launched on e-commerce platforms, the monthly sales volume increased by 30% on average, becoming a popular product in the segmented field.
